I am not a doctor, but think about it. What causes spider veins? Could a cocaine? Maybe I could, but it will most likely show a sort of grace period before the physical evidence of cocaine use. However, the logical answer to me sneezing and nose blowing. Think about the physics of blowing your nose or sneezing. There are a lot of pressure. There are a lot of air forced into a small area at a time. I can not give a clear answer, but if you break it down logically, you can see where I'm headed with this.
