Hello,

I'm going to a potluck dinner at a Lebanese friend. I have a recipe for Kofta / Kafta I love, but he is Bulgarian. It is my understanding of the release of Lebanon are not materially different, except that sometimes, instead of lamb.

I need a recipe (unless the Lebanese version differs significantly from the version in Bulgarian), but my question is how Lebanon are normally prepared Kefta style? Bulgarians are generally for a hamburger and boil in a saucepan. It is like a hamburger. "The Lebanese will form the burgers are cooked or grilled on a spit?

Also some tips on how to reheat it? I have to cook on the day before and serve the next afternoon. Other ways to prepare for this?

My father is from the Middle East, like all his best friends. They all married women in America, then learned my mother and my aunt, Kafka, from their husbands to cook.
