It has an exhaust-Racing 55-60 and goes to the upper end, so annoying cos its so slow at startup. Is there anything I can do?

Looks like you have given and gained a little upper end, from the expense of loss of power and torque. It is a typical reaction to the height of a small engine, so you have to live with it.
It is a 50 cc, for the love of God! Save your pennies, wait until you can get a license for big kid, and then buy Kawasaki Ninja 250th
Get a better bike.
You need to look at the centrifugal clutch or width of the strip.
